Starrr Zahra (formally Starrr Zara) was born as Zahra Bilal in 1998 in Kenya, Africa. In 2005, her family immigrated to the United States where they have been residing in Las Vegas ever since. She attended West Preparatory Academy where she realized she wanted to pursue a career as an artist with great support from her high school art teacher. Starrr has received her Associates of Arts from College of Southern Nevada and currently is an active member of the art community and is working as a full time artist💛
