YogaI started practising yoga during a period in my life when I felt overwhelmed and disconnected. Yoga helped me find balance, grounding, and a deeper connection to myself. This personal transformation is what drives my mission to share my practice and experience with others. I enjoy exploring the many facets of yoga, connecting pranayama, asana, and meditation into dynamic and creative classes. ReikiI practice Reiki mostly as a way to meditate, calm down, and switch off, but I also offer private sessions for those who are interested. The Japanese energy healing practice supports physical and emotional well-being and has been a big help on my own journey. A Reiki session is a moment just for yourself—to let go of daily stress, feel total rest, and recharge. I love sharing its relaxing and restorative benefits with others. Mission PositivityI am a co-founder of Mission Positivity, a German nonprofit organization focused on creating meaningful change and helping disadvanatged people in need. My role involves communication and outreach, helping to connect with others and spread the word about our work. This project means a lot to me and gives me the chance to give back in a way that feels truly fulfilling.Once a month, I offer a donation-based online yoga session to support Mission Positivity’s projects.
